The Rochester metropolitan area is just over 750,000 people. Bexley Hall is located in the heart of downtown Rochester's East-End Theatre District in the historic Inn on Broadway, directly across the street from Christ Church where the seminary community worships. Library facilities with the University of Rochester at the Eastman School of Music are just around the corner. Eastman organ students regularly practice at Christ Church. The seminary community is enriched by this multi-use urban campus.

Rochester
Rochester has been ranked one of the four most livable cities in the United States, for good reason: it’s known for its long-standing ties to music and the arts, as well as industry and high-tech. You can find everything from the Rochester Institute of Technology and the corporate headquarters of Kodak and Bausch and Lomb to the Eastman School of Music and the Strong Museum. If you can find the time, be sure to head out of Rochester into the lovely Finger Lakes area, with its rolling hills, clear lakes, and well-known wineries.

The campus
In 1929, the University Club of Rochester was erected to promote social commerce among its members throughout the Rochester area. Now, over 70 years later, in conjunction with the start of the 21st century, the building has been beautifully restored into The Inn on Broadway, a luxury boutique hotel.

Staying on campus

The attractive and spacious rooms at The Inn are open to all students, especially our commuter students, making part-time study—with weekly overnights or occassional weeks in residence—fully possible.
