Bexley shares its Ohio campus with Trinity Lutheran Seminary in the greater Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area. The campus includes:

  • Bexley's location in Columbus, Ohio.the Gloria Dei Worship Center is the center of campus life. Built in a contemporary style, this large chapel illustrates the best of modern church architecture. The accent is on the People of God as St. Helena ChapelEucharistic Assembly. With movable furnishings, Gloria Dei can be transformed into a concert hall or an auditorium for community activities. The custom-built Steiner-Reck pipe organ enhances worship through superior musical accompaniment;
  • St. Helena Chapel in the Bexley House. Furnished in the richly colored Gothic Revival style, the emphasis here is on the transcendence and sacrifice of the Eucharist, although the setting is intimate;
  • Koinonia Center for fellowship, meals and gatherings;
  • Augsburg Fortress bookstore;
  • Library and media center containing over 126,000 books and bound periodicals and over 4,500 audio-visuals, adding approximately 250 items monthly;
  • Well-equipped classroom facilities;
  • Living space for single and married students: dormitory efficiencies and apartments and townhouses are available.

The Columbus setting
The Columbus campus is appropriately located in the inner-suburban community of Bexley, on the east side of the capital city of Columbus and near to the urban center. The growing economy of Columbus offers varied employment possibilities for part-time and full-time work for seminary families.

Capital University's library collection is available to Bexley students and staff. The State Library of Ohio, the Ohio Historical Society library, and the libraries of The Ohio State University, are also available, in addition to the libraries of the Columbus Theological Consortium: Trinity/Bexley Hall, the Pontifical Josephinum Seminary, and Methesco (United Methodist).

Getting round, getting there
Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) buses pass the seminary twice hourly, seven days a week and Port Columbus International Airport is three miles away. Interstate highways 70 and 71 intersect within three miles of the campus.
